Determine value
We look at your property and classify it in the real market of your location – not in a nationwide average. You will receive a written assessment. Free of charge and without obligation.

Documents & Preparation
Land register, cadastral map, energy certificate, floor plans, living area calculation: We obtain what is missing and arrange professional photography. Only when the folder is complete does a property go online.

Marketing & Viewings
Publication on the major portals in Germany and Luxembourg, plus our own network of interested parties. We check creditworthiness in advance – so you don’t have to show your house twenty times for nothing.

Negotiation & Notary
We negotiate, prepare the draft purchase contract with the notary, and attend the appointment. Afterwards, we hand over the property and record the meter readings.

Everything that happens between decision and key handover.
What we do ourselves, we do ourselves. For financing, insurance, and energy certificates, we work with certified partners – as brokers, we are not allowed and do not want to provide advice in these areas ourselves.
