We look at your property and classify it in the real market of your location – not in a nationwide average. You will receive a written assessment. Free of charge and without obligation.

Documents & Preparation

Land register, cadastral map, energy certificate, floor plans, living area calculation: We obtain what is missing and arrange professional photography – on request with drone footage and virtual 4K viewing. Only when the folder is complete does a property go online.

Marketing & Viewings

Publication on the major portals in Germany and Luxembourg, plus our own network of interested parties. We check creditworthiness in advance – so you don’t have to show your house twenty times for nothing.

Negotiation & Notary

We negotiate, prepare the draft purchase contract with the notary, and attend the appointment. Afterwards, we hand over the property and record the meter readings.
