Secure access

Your area. Behind a door only you can open.

Customers, cooperation partners, and our team log in here. Each sees exactly what is intended for them — and nothing beyond that.

Customer area

For owners and buyers: Your documents for access, the status of your marketing, upcoming appointments and messages — all bundled in one place instead of scattered across mailboxes.

Partner area

For cooperation partners and tipsters: Your reported cases with their respective status, the objects released for you, and your share of the commission.

Employee access

For our team: Property management, requests, handover protocols, and documents. Which areas an access opens depends on the role — not on who knows the address.

Three buttons, one door: Where you go is not decided by the link, but by your role — checked on our server after you have logged in.

How to log in

Three ways. No password.

We do not issue passwords. Passwords are forgotten, reused, and phished — the three methods here do not have this problem.

01

Code via email

You enter your email address and receive a one-time code in your inbox. It is valid only briefly — and only in the window that requested it. Anyone intercepting it en route cannot use it elsewhere.

02

With your Google account

One click if your address is already with Google. We receive your name and email address — we never see your password, nor your emails, files, or contacts.

03

Passkey — set up once, then just tap

Fingerprint, face, or device PIN instead of a code. A passkey never leaves your device and only works on the genuine address: it cannot be used on a fake login page. This is the most secure of the three methods — you set it up after the first login under “Account.”

Why this is secure

What happens behind this door.

A dedicated address The secure area is located at james.priocasa-immobilien.de, not on this website. Both are separate — accessing this page does not get you a foot in the door.
No login field on this page You only enter your credentials where the address bar confirms it. Therefore, there is no form here, only the way to get there. Check the address before typing — with us and everywhere else.
The role decides, every time you access What an access may open is not hidden in the browser but checked on the server — every time anew. What is blocked for you does not exist for your access.
Encrypted, without exception Every connection runs over HTTPS, the session ID is signed and not readable by scripts in the browser. External sites cannot make requests on your behalf.
Sessions expire automatically A customer or partner access ends seven days after last use, an employee access after thirty. Leaving your window open means you will eventually be logged out — the most important point on this list for shared computers.
No directory for trial and error The login page does not reveal whether an address has an access — otherwise, it would be a searchable customer directory. Too many attempts are slowed down, every login is logged.

What is stored and for how long is stated in the Privacy Policy.

No access yet?

Access is granted personally.

There is no self-registration — every access is set up by us and sent to your address with an invitation. If you work with us and do not have one yet: Call or write to us, and it will be available today.
