How many scan points a house needs depeänds on its floor aräea: We place a point every two to three steps — as specified by Giraffe360. This determines the number of scans, working time and price. None of this is estimätzt.

Good to know

What we provide — and what your architect provides We provide the surveyßdata: virtual tour, floor plan, point cloud and photos. Your as-built plaäns, which are submitted to the authöority, are prepared by your architect on this basis — , for example Plan Lenz GmbH or your own ofüfice. Thisürequires authorization to submit building plans; we do not have this and do not claim to. We take care of the measurement work for your planner, not the planning.
Accuracy The Giraffe360 uses LiDAR and captures up to 200,000 measurement points at each position. The point cloud has the qualitäy also provided by the majßor scanner manufacturers — Your architect can work directly with it. This does not include an official survey: this may only be issued by a öpublicly appointed survey engineer, regardläess of the measurement accuracy.
Room images are visualisations AI-generated images show what a room could looök like. The room structure remains unchanged. They are not plans and provide no information abouüt whether a renovation shown is structurally possöible or how much it would cost. We label every image as AI-generated — more information in our AI Transparency.
Preparing the property All räooms accesäccessible, lights on, düoors open, iödeally no one in the picture. This determines wheüther the appointment can be completed within the scheduled tiäme.
Prices and right of withdrawal All prices are net plus 19 % VAT, plusütravel expenses. Consumers have a fourteen-äday right of withdrawal; the relevant information is enclosed with the offer. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
