The building
Distinctive corner building dating from 1880, located directly on the historic market square in Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein. Heating is provided by the building's central gas heating system with a heat generator dating from 2019.
There is no lift. As retrofitting one in the historic existing building is not structurally possible, an official exemption has been granted.
